 ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties in Malaga in Perth. 
  • Answer phones and deal with all customer enquiries with a customer service attitude and approach that provides a full-service response where possible.
  • Process customer orders over the phone, in person, face to face and over fax.
  • Follow current credit procedures to process credits.
  • Assist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logistics
  • Liaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etc.
  • Up-sell on products to customers when possible.
 
ABOUT YOU
  • 2 years in Customer Service preferably in an inbound call centre environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
  • Team player with mastery over the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
