About the Role

The Data Analyst is responsible for performing quantitative and qualitive analysis on project reporting data supplied by our numerous sub-contracting construction partners and other internal and external project stakeholders. As a member of our compliance team the primary purpose of the position is to provide first reporting, interpretation and insight on project compliance and associated activities while seeking to continuously improve the quality of information provided to the wider business. You will build and maintain productive working relationship with internal and external project stakeholder to provide insight and manage the quality of incoming data. This opportunity is offered as a 3 year maximum term contract.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain data governance practices.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources for analysis and dashboard reporting.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends and patterns relating to contractor performance in complex data sets.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical insights.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external project reporting stakeholders.


About You

As our successful candidate you will possess:

  • A sound knowledge and understanding of data mining tools and methods including server reporting services (Power BI). 
  • Demonstrated data analysis experience in fast moving and complex project or work streams with the ability to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. 
  • Proven track record in the development of reporting tolls and dashboards couples with advanced excel skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing clear and concise analysis and insight to stakeholders 
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal direction. 
  • Qualification in a relevant analytical field such as maths, engineering, statistics, or Information Technology will be highly regarded.
