We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Educational Leader to join our inspiring Saranna team working 60hrs FN.

Saranna Early Childhood Education and Care Centre (SECECC) is a unique service situated on the 32-acre property of the Rick Hammersley Centre Therapeutic Community in Cullacabardee (10 minutes from Ellenbrook). With a qualified team of workers, SECECC encourages every child to grow, learn and develop at their own pace. Our educational programs provide supportive, active learning through flexible play with a focus on building the strengths of individual children.

As the Educational Leader you will work alongside the Educators to observe practice, review and continuously improve educational programs on offer to children. You will develop the educator team’s understanding of child development and other relevant early years content knowledge, as well as support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework or an approved learning framework. 

 About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, someone who enjoys mentoring and inspiring your fellow educators, and building strong relationships with our families.

To be successful in this role you will require the following key attributes:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
  • Child Protection Training.
  • Current WWCC and full work rights.
  • Previous experience working in early childhood essential.
  • COVID Vaccination.
