About the role
As an experienced Senior Estimator or current Team Leader, you will oversee numerous aspects within Estimating working closely with Sales, Operations and Construction.
You will be responsible for;
- Leading your Estimating Team
- Production Estimating
- Sales Estimating
- Ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes
- Working and leading a team to achieve workflow and budget goals
- Maintain, protect and report margins for each job
- Minimise ETS orders
- Liaising with sales, operations and construction teams
- Conduct follow-up calls when required
- Be cognisant of forecast dates and ensure all jobs are being recorded accurately
- Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate
- Follow up documentations directed by the Operations Manager
About you

We anticipate that you will already possess strong experience within the construction industry specifically within Production Estimating (essential for this opportunity – basement experience preferred – not essential) within the residential building space and you will possess a high level across certain software packages including DataBuild, TrueView/Blue Beam (Or similar), Framework, Click Homes Microsoft Office (Excel)
You will deliver with a mature approach, calm and efficiency. Working in a fun team, you will have a sense of humour. You will be able to prioritise with ease and deliver time critical outcomes amid numerous distractions and demands.
