The Opportunity
 
Wow Recruitment are currently looking for an Exexcutive Support Coordinator to work with our Leadership and Consulting client based in Pyrmont, 5 day office-based.

This is a critical role, crucial to the smooth admin support & running of the firm. You will build strong rapport with executive clients as you manage the office space to ensure the seamless day to day running of the office and event spaces.

Monday-Friday: Office Hours
Hourly Rate: $65 – $80k Super

Role Requirements: 
  • Manage the office spaces creating a seamless & efficient day–to–day running of their office & event spaces
  • Creating an exceptional experience for guests during in-house facilitation; acting as a concierge and ensuring all materials, catering and resources are in place.
  • Create informative operations reports, presentations, and briefs essential with guidance from Operations Director
  • End to end project management of some smaller client projects, internal projects and events
  • Providing exceptional PA support for the Operations Director and Director of Strategy and Advisory; diary management and travel coordination, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support Business Operations team with any overflow administration
 
Skills & Experience: 
You will be a highly-organised multi-tasker with a passion for creating a wonderful and unique experience for their clients, who are guests in their space. You will use initiative, have high attention to detail, and will have office coordinator and events experience.
  • Previous exposure to a fast-paced environment and administrative tasks
  • A strong collaborator with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time, prioritising urgencies as you go
  • Outcomes focused, strong attention to detail and quality execution
  • Proactively enjoys going above and beyond and innovate processes where possible
  • Strong client focus and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient, accountable, resourceful, adaptable and able to work with ambiguity at times
  • Hospitality and Events experience will be highly regarded
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general systems ‘savvy’.
