This role is as an Exhibition/admin Coordinator for Display Builders Australia in Lane Cove West. The role is as an overall support/coordinator to the entire team. You will be helping everyone from designers, to the production team, to the Project Managers and Account management team. You will be doing everything from office duties, to assisting the creative process, doing ordering/procurement, travelling interstate (possibly even overseas!) with the team, doing research and liaising with event organisers. 

This is a great role for someone who wants something that is always changing; where week to week it’s something new, where you get pulled off things and thrown into other things, where you have to be fast on your feet. You’ll get a wide exposure, learning about all facets of the business, how they all work and develop new skills.

Note: As this role liaises with the creative department, they need someone with Adobe Suite skills, nothing fancy, but enough skills in InDesign and Photoshop to be able to make adjustments if and when needed. Also, as this role involves doing site visits and occasional interstate travel, they need someone with a car license.
