Victoria’s new public Correctional Centre is approaching completion and now is the time to apply for ongoing jobs that will help shape the future operations of the facility.
Employees working in the initial stage of operations will contribute to the foundations of the new facility by participating in the development of operating processes, services and procedures. In addition, they will be part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to building a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.

The Facility and Assets Manager delivers a program of works across large infrastructure and facility assets in the Barwon Precinct. They oversee allocated works packages, providing supervision of employees and contractors and producing regular progress reports.
In addition, they prepare detailed, technical funding submissions and maintain comprehensive records. They identify and manage project risks and are responsible for completing audits of work to ensure projects are delivered to the expected standard.
Your skills and experience
You will have experience with managing facility and asset maintenance packages. This includes report writing skills, staff supervision and the ability to provide clear and comprehensive instructions. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and can lead programming and processes associated with facility management.
