About the Role
The facilities and catchments group are a small team, dedicated to ensuring the upkeep and operability of assets across the water supply headworks scheme. Team members need to have a keen eye for detail, enthusiastic approach to work, understanding of systems and processes and willingness to participate in an after-hours on call roster
On a typical day our Catchments and Facilities Team Leader will:
- Task team members as required
- Undertake Dam Surveillance ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Maintain grounds and facilities around water supply infrastructure
- Inspect, exercise and report on infrastructure condition
- Prepare programs, scope works and engage/supervise contractors as required
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent, 38 hours per week
Salary (exclusive of super): Starting salary of $1,176.00 per week with the opportunity for competency based progression.
Allowances: This role attracts an adverse working conditions and on call allowance and a Tool of Trade vehicle will be available.
