Financial Accountant in IFAA at CBD & Inner Suburbs

The IFAA Group is looking for a passionate Financial Accountant to join the team during an exciting period of growth as we onboard new clients. This varied role is an excellent opportunity for a junior accountant looking to progress their career, with long term career advancement to develop across a wide range of financial and accounting practices. 

Reporting to a department Finance Lead, this varied role will be responsible for providing accounting services for fund clients. The role will also have exposure and learning opportunities relating to financial reporting, audit and other financial requirements as they arise.

Skills & Experience include: 

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (or currently in progress)
• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel with exposure to accounting platforms
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confidence to liaise with external stakeholders
• Ability to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvements
