About the Role:-

The Food and Beverage Executive Assistant has multiple responsibilities.  

• The primary duty is to handle guest reservations and requirements for our restaurant and lounge via phone and internet platforms. 
• This position processes forms of payment for special occasions such as Christmas and Easter. 
• Between guest interactions the position will be required to complete administrative duties to assist the Food and Beverage departments. 
• Working hours Tuesday – Saturday
• Provide varied support to the Director of Food and Beverage on a daily basis
• Up-keeping all private and confidential matters related to Food and Beverage in an organised and efficient system

Ideal candidate:-

The ideal candidate will possess the following:-

• Thrives by working in a fast paced environment
• Highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritise
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Engaging personality – Enjoys greeting incoming and departing Guests warmly, building rapport and connections
• Recent restaurant experience within a Food and Beverage role and/or sales coordinator experience well regarded
• Proficient in managing computer based programs and Point of Sales systems
