About the role:

The role is full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday with an alternating Saturday in future

  • Meet & Greet patients on arrival
  • Assisting with incoming calls & support
  • Patient registration
  • Booking appointments
  • Completing patient billings and doctor’s / clinician’s diary management
  • Maintain accurate patient/client records
  • Ensure the front of house & office runs smoothly
  • Liaison & Support clinician team
  • Assisting clinical team in organising patient appointment
  • Set up clinical rooms
  • General housekeeping
  • Orders & stock control
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in patient care and administrative services
