Our client is a well-respected global research company which focuses on emission free energy. They are looking for a Graduate Accountant for their business.
About the role
Reporting to the Accountant at the Corporate Division, this role is an opportunity to work alongside some of the best talent in their industry worldwide. As a Graduate Accountant you will be given an opportunity to be mentored and learn best practise accounting principles, in a small and nurturing team environment whist getting exposure to a global company.
Your role will work closely with the Corporate Accountant (who will also be a mentor for you).
Your day will include
- Performing reconciliations of accounts.
- Processing payments and invoices within expected time periods including uploading data to the accounts network.
- Maintain and update the accounts renewal register.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management and risk reports when required.
- Assist with the annual AusIndustry R&D claim process when required.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly BAS statements when required.
- Taking minutes in meetings.
About you
As a qualified Accountant you will be a great communicator with excellent attention to detail. Overtime someone who wants to grow into a trusted advisor to this business. A passion for Research and Development (R&D) and willingness to work in a team environment will set you apart from the rest!

- You will need to be an Australian Citizen, due to the nature of our client’s work and relationships.
