Who do we need?
We are looking for a confident and highly organised individual to join our exciting team in our Guest Experience Centre based in Artarmon.
Your experience in customer service and commitment to teamwork will allow you to excel in this fast-paced position.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will carry out the following tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls for the service department
- Make service bookings and respond to general enquiries
- Conduct outbound phone calls to remind guests of services that are due
- Assist with managing all guest feedback and guest relations
- Assist with day to day general reception duties
- Liaise with our guests face to face
