HOSPTIAL ATTENDANT POSTION – MIDDLE BRIGHTON VET CENTRE

A fabulous fulltime position has opened up for the person who is detail-oriented, has a willingness to grow, learn and be a part of a great, friendly team and assist all members of staff.

We are a busy small animal practice located in Bayside Melbourne needing to add to our Veterinary Nursing Team.

You will need to have the following skills:

  • A desire to deliver our high standard of care to our clients, patients and the team

  • Team player – you will be working with all of the team to make their day easier
  • Strong Communication skills

The position:

  • Assisting the Veterinary Nurse Team with the running of our hospital
  • Caring for animals in hospital & our Cattery
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
  • Laundry and cleaning & preparation of surgical instruments
  • Full time – initially Monday to Friday, for the first 3 months then moving into a rotating roster which may eventually include occasional weekends 
  • Above Award Salary
  • You will report to the team of Vet Nurses and Practice Owners.

Experience is not essential though a sense of humour & a positive attitude are a must.
