The role:
  
  • Handling inbound calls regarding customer enquiries
  • Provide a personal and sincere customer service experience in every interaction with members
  • Identifying customer’s needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
  • maximising inbound & outbound call opportunities to promote products and services
  • Managing member enquiries and concerns regarding price/product/claim related concerns as key
  
What are we looking for?
  
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience, within a contact centre environment
  • Experience working within the insurance industry, highly desirable but not essential – retail and hospitality is highly recommended to apply
  • A can do attitude is key
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
