Victoria’s new public Correctional Centre is approaching completion and now is the time to apply for ongoing jobs that will help shape the future operations of the facility.
Employees working in the initial stage of operations will contribute to the foundations of the new facility by participating in the development of operating processes, services and procedures. In addition, they will be part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to building a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.

The Manager, Client Services is responsible for the effective functioning of internal services that support the operations of the correctional centre. This role will contribute to the establishment of operational development, systems and processes during the initial commissioning of the facility.
In the long term, the Manager, Client Services will oversee and support a large team, working in multiple portfolios and ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated. Areas of responsibility include mail, stores, transport, customer service, administrative support, prisoner property, records and canteen.
Your skills and experience
You will have experience managing multiple service portfolios, particularly in the areas of logistic support or prisoner ancillary services.
You will communicate with impact and know how to leads teams to deliver the highest levels of customer service, manage change and continuously improve. You will be future ready with your ongoing drive to solve problems, think innovatively and adopt technology solutions.
