Our goal at Scholar Hub as an Education and Migration Agency is to provide AMAZING customer service for our clients and international student especially. There are two streams of services we offer, Education and Migration Services, you will be across both sides of the business in some instances.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of office and providing general administrative support. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities from invoicing, handling confidential client documents and visas and ensuring timely communication as well as providing general support to our Registered Migration Consultants. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing office operations, Managing data entry using CRM software.
  • Greeting clients, answering incoming phone calls and delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Preparing correspondence and providing general assistance to Migration Consultants, Preparing client applications for lodgement.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
  • Liaising with clients to collect and collate documents and prepare statements.
  • Preparing and lodging pre-migration applications to assessing bodies and other institutions.
  • Keeping accurate records of deadlines, lodgements, and case status.

  Experience & Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail & time management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Able to prioritise tasks with a fast-moving caseload.
  • Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Xero and Dropbox.
  • A quick learner with a “can-do” attitude
  • Confident and proactive when dealing with clients.
  • Previous experience with Migration Manager software would be highly regarded.

Prior experience in office administration in a professional Migration Practice, Law Firm is ideal.

We will provide ongoing training on migration processes and our sales and admin processes.
