Australian ECU Repair is a automotive electronics repair center located in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Currently we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Office all rounder to join our energetic and friendly team. We are located close to public transport with on-site parking available.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Unpacking customer repairs and entering into our ticket system efficiently and accurately
- Booking repair collection and deliveries with couriers and following up on any delays.
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly
- Resolving customer issues quickly, should they arise
- Other administrative support as required
Applicants will need to have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent phone manner
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
- Good computer and systems experience (Word, Excel).
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience with customer service an advantage
- Must be a permanent resident of Australia
This position would suit someone with previous customer service experience in one of the following positions or industry’s: receptionist, hospitality, in the supermarket or the fast food industry
The position is full-time, from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday with Immediate start available.
All training will be provided to the successful candidate.
