Focus-Developers is a team of new home builders in Brisbane , offering custom family homes as well as modular homes with quality design and practical specification. Due to ongoing demand, we are looking for the right person to assist our manager with the general day to day duties. These include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming phone calls – provide assistance to our existing & potential customers, taking messages etc. Responding to customer enquiries via email Assist walk in customers with queries, The successful applicant will have: Good communication skills -Essential Ability to listen to customer requests & relay them with accuracy to the relevant staff members Our customers appreciate the personal service they receive from us & we’re hoping to find someone who fits seamlessly into the role. Your hours will be Monday – Friday 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM (weekend work – YAY, or public holiday work). We are a close knit, laid back team, but are not afraid of hard work.
