We are currently seeking a part time Office Assistant to join our team in Brisbane. You will join a refreshing team of like-minded and driven individuals with a passion for service in all aspects of law.
This is a part time or casual position where the successful person would be required to work a minimum of 4 hours each day.
You will be an admin all-rounder with the aptitude to learn new things quickly and an eagerness to assist across all levels of our Firm.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- The warm and friendly reception of all clients attending or contacting our office;
- Regular administrative support across all facets of the business;
- The coordination of general office admin and housekeeping duties
A strong background and attitude towards all-round administrative organisation and support is vital as well as a proven track record of providing exceptional internal and external service.
This position would suit a junior administration officer or someone studying business and wanting to have exposure to the office environment on a part time or casual basis.
