If you are an Office Manager/Allrounder with experience and skills in the following we would love to hear from you:


  • Accounts – receivable and payable. 
  • Payroll preparation. 
  • A little bit of the HR stuff such as letters and inductions. 
  • Proven experience in processing timesheets and interpreting an Enterprise Agreement (essential).
  • Intermediate skills in MYOB (essential).
  • A can-do attitude and the willingness to think outside the box and do what needs to be done.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly and open manner.
  • Not afraid to walk out into the warehouse to have conversations and follow up issues.
  • Problem solving ability and initiative.
  • Must be able to demonstrate that you align with our core values of: positive attitude, accuracy, reliability, no nonsense, customer and ownership.
  • Must have a thirst for knowledge and learning.


You will be the go-to person and being customer service focussed will be your strength.  You will be happy doing whatever needs to be done such as making sure meeting rooms are set up, restocking tea room supplies to working with the OHS Specialist to set up meetings and organising team building activities.


This is a key role to keep the office ticking.  You will be the go-to person for administrative and office tasks. 


There is a lot of everyday tasks to be done but you will have variety plus and the opportunity to take on projects if you wish.
