You will need to have proven local experience in an Inbound Call Centre Team Leader role and a successful track record in ensuring that your team achieve targets and KPI’s.

  • Recruiting, mentoring, coaching and developing Team Members including your 2ic
  • Improving business performance and processes
  • Developing close working relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Driving company values, policies & procedures
  • Ensuring performance standards are met
  • Exceeding customer service metrics across all functions
  • Managing call queues
  • Managing escalation calls/issues
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
  • A solid track record of delivering results 
  • Previous experience running and managing a Team
  • A passion and drive to succeed
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
  • A consultative style of management
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Outstanding working knowledge of Contact Centre Statistics
