Personal Assistant / Customer Service in Private Advertiser at Client Services

25-35 Hours per week

Company Car Provided

Coffs Harbour Area with minimal travel

Weekdays only, no nights or weekends

No experience necessary, all training provided.

Must have a license and be able to give previous employment references upon request. Applicant is also required to have a good maths skills as the role is in the finance industry. General knowledge of computers and technology, as well as being familiar with iOS is an advantage. 

The successful applicant will be required to do a Police check, and must be in good physical health with relatively good fitness (i.e. able to walk numerous flights of stairs and lift and carry approximately 20kg if required). This role is not gender specific.    

The role will be varied and diverse and will involve plenty of people interaction so excellent communication and problem-solving skills and good personal presentation are a must. 

Must be able to work in a team environment, and autonomously and unsupervised. 

Casual employment of approximately 25-35 hours per week, days and times are flexible.
