We are looking for multiple professional Personal Care Workers / AINs who can make a difference by supporting the lives of people within aged care and assisting them in achieving their goals and living their best life.
You will be providing high-quality care to residents by tending to their physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs within an aged care facility.

About you

The successful candidate will possess the following abilities and skills
Essential:
  • Demonstrate relevant work experience in Aged Care.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
  • Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
  • Ability to identify problems with an understanding of relevant escalation processes.
  • Demonstrated time management abilities.
  • Pro-active and dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
  • Experience in delivering home help services.
Desirable:
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Certificate III or IV in Individual Support.
  • Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekdays and weekends.
To be successful in this role, you will need to pass relevant WWC Checks, Police Checks, and NDIS worker screens as well as have a record of up-to-date flu and COVID vaccinations.
