We are looking for new members to join our team as a Practice Manager / Consultant & PA to the Director. This is a dual role, providing admin support to multiple General Practice medical centre sites and Head Office administrative tasks. 

This role has the opportunity to be full time or part time and has the flexibility of working hours.

We are also happy to train a person coming into this role. If you want to take the next step in your career within Healthcare Management this is the role for you. 

Within this role you will work alongside our supportive team and be involved in a variety of different projects such as new medical centre start-ups and developments, practice acquisition and due diligences and GP recruitment. This is a great role for someone who is looking to grow develop their skills.

 What are we looking for in YOU? (Criteria):

  • Previous experience in a Healthcare administrative 
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
  • A high level of computer literacy particularly with the Microsoft Office programs.
  • Exceptional customer service, organisation, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • A proactive, professional and client focused approach is essential
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thought processes
  • A willing and positive attitude with a ‘can do’ spirit

This is a highly rewarding role for someone that has strong healthcare administrative skills and experience and is looking for a new challenge.
