About Right Angle

Since 2005, Right Angle has been working on one important ambition: to understand and improve life in our cities. Working with clients around the world –  from Melbourne, Bangkok, and Tokyo to London – they help businesses make the most of their space, whether that is conducting market research for retail projects, assisting with the end-to-end bidding of building sites, or creating branding that builds spaces people want to be in.

The team is made up of strategists, creatives, writers and designers and the Sydney team is looking to bring on their next Project Manager to simplify complex problems and provide insight to clients.

Why You Want to Work Here
  • Taking that next step in your career shouldn’t mean you settle into a pattern of mundane tasks. Working with Right Angle allows your progression to give you greater creative input and direction into projects that shape business spaces to meet the needs of the communities that use them.
  • Work with experts in the field to fine-tune your approach to this process. With the support of the founders, directors and top talent, you will get hands-on and up close experience into every step that helps make projects like these come to life.
  • Working in Surry Hills at the Parramatta House office, you will have access to staff discounts at the Golden Age Cinema and Bar, as well as the Paramount Recreation Club.
About You

Your career in Interior Design has led you to the point where you are looking to work on larger-scale projects you can put your name on. You have taken charge in the past, and found that it is something that comes naturally to you.

You are naturally an organised person, and you have this way of working with people where you are able to organise them to work towards a common goal. Even when surprises and challenges come your way, you love finding a way to adapt and make things work.

Reaching out to find new and exciting opportunities, and how you can help make those ideas a reality excites you. You have a way of taking a vision, and working with a team to explore how you can make that vision come to life

About the Role

Supported by the Senior Account Manager, you will:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of place-making projects and launching a new business or idea to market.
  • Track the project timeline, resources, activities, budget, authorisations, as well as any other documentation and administration required.
  • Manage client relationships, including ensuring they are up-to-date with progress and are aware of what’s required from them.
  • Plan and direct project teams on their priorities and weekly workflow schedule.
  • Provide leadership to client service team members and other less senior team members to support alignment to company values and priorities.
  • Participate in and contribute to prospective client meetings, providing project management information and analysis to support proposals.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience, qualifications and/or knowledge of design principles.
