They carry out fit out, refurbishment and construction projects across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Health, Hospitality and Government.

Due to on going work they are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join their team.
The Role:
They carry out fit out, refurbishment and construction projects across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Health, Hospitality and Government.

The Role:
- Managing, liaising and negotiating with all involved in the project from Site Managers to Contractors, ensuring efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Detailed project programming
- Running multiple projects at any one time
- Budgeting & managing costs & forecasts
- Client & stakeholder communication
- Evaluating and implementing processes, margin and quality improvements wherever possible.
To be Considered:
- Minimum of 6+ years working as a Project Manager
- Proven experience working on fitout, refurbishment and construction projects $5-$15m
- Can do attitude and strong work ethic
- Construction Management Degree or equivalent
