Town Planner – Mudgee, NSW

O’Ryan Geospatial (O’Ryan) is a dynamic and rapidly growing company located in the beautiful rural township of Mudgee NSW, located just 3 hours from Sydney. Mudgee is one of regional NSW’s fastest-growing areas and is well-known for its food, wine and country charm.

O’Ryan was established in 2017 to provide professional mining, engineering and cadastral survey services. We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive service that helps our clients navigate the complexity of their projects. In 2020, we identified the opportunity to incorporate town planning as a core feature of the business, which has been rapidly growing ever since. We are seeking an ambitious town planner to join our team as we continue to grow.

About the Opportunity

The role will involve working within Mudgee and the surrounding countryside to provide an innovative and comprehensive service to help our clients deliver their projects. The role will primarily focus on local development and will typically involve preparing preliminary planning assessments, development applications, consent amendments and various environmental permit applications.

While this is a permanent full-time position (38-hour week) we pride ourselves on providing a work/life balance that caters to your individual needs and we are more than happy to discuss flexible working arrangements. The remuneration package is based on your qualifications and experience and we will discuss this with you in person.
