About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Quality Business Partner to work within our Innovation Improvement and Customer Experience Division.
This role will support the operational effectiveness of core quality, risk, compliance and safeguarding systems, that aim to support the business to keep our customers free from harm and to provide our customers with quality service delivery. The role assists the business with driving continuous improvement through a customer lens and ensures that quality is forefront of all services provided by Scope Aust.

About You

  • Previous experience in a quality role, with a sound understanding of quality management systems
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles with the ability to coordinate improvement initiatives
  • Experience with customer data analysis, including incidents, complaints and feedback
  • Effective communication skills for partnering with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguarding Framework
  • Leader in driving change for better outcomes for customers
