In2Food distributes fresh fruit and vegetables sourced directly from growers and produce markets to customers including, government, airline catering, shipping and exports, hotels, restaurants, caterers, hospitals, aged care facilities and food manufacturers.
Our Head Office will soon be relocating to the Melbourne Wholesale Fruit & Vegetable Market in Epping.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, we are seeking a confident and personable individual to join our team to assist with all things recruitment!
We are a national business that is growing fast, so your role will be to support and assist our branches with all their recruitment needs and then provide guidance through the onboarding and employee lifecycle.
The roles you will recruit for will be diverse so no two days will be the same and there will be plenty of opportunity to further your career within the HR function as you progress.
About the position
- Working with states to identify vacancies
- Writing job ads
- Screening resumes
- Telephone screening and arranging of interviews and other relevant selection activities
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Raising Contracts
- Oversee onboarding process
- Create and manage review process and become contact point for new employees
All About you
To ensure your success, you will possess the following;
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR role
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Have great attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Outgoing, confident, and well-spoken
- Microsoft/excel skills – Intermediate to Advanced
