Maitland Hospital is a Level 4 Rural Referral Hospital nestled in the heart of NSW’s Hunter Valley. The department cares for approximately 55 000 patients per year and services one of the fastest growing Local Government Areas in NSW. The team is best described as dynamic, resilient and hardworking, with strong nursing and medical leadership. The Maitland Hospital ED has recently transitioned to a new site, and is developing workforce capacity to service the growing community.  About the role:
The role will be primarily providing frontline nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department as a member of the multidisciplinary team. You will be mentored by a high performing leadership team and will have access to CNE supported training and a structured progression through the ED Models of Care.
