An exciting opportunity exists for Registered Nurses to lead and delivers person centred nursing care within a dynamic health environment based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards of Practice. This position provides a unique opportunity to utilise your mental health specific clinical expertise, advanced leadership and management skills to role model excellence in nursing care and leadership, while contributing to the future development of the Mental Health nursing within Mental Health and Specialised Service (MHSS).

Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the assessment, planning and evaluating of nursing care in collaboration with the patient and/or their family and the health care team.
- Adhering to established guidelines, protocols, procedures etc and working within scope of practice.
- Supporting, maintaining and improving systems that promote patient quality and safety.
Salary between $2,720.00 – $3,652.00 p.f. (f/t), or salary rates: $35.78 – $48.05 p.h. (p/t), or $44.02 – $59.10 p.h. (casual) (Nurse Grade 5) (Permanent, Temporary and Casual opportunities available, hours negotiable). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
