About the company

Working within a large aged care service within the Norther Rivers region of NSW you will be supported by a wider leadership team plus 2 clinical managers.


The role

As a Facility Manager, you will provide day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members with full support of 2 experienced clinical managers & care team.

You will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.

Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI’s, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.

Being a collaborative leader, you will be comfortable being “hands on” and supporting with clinical duties & staff education when required.


Summary of Duties

  • Provide operational oversight to residents & care staff
  • Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained
  • Ensure KPI’s, budgets and financial goals are achieved
  • HR & staffing support
  • Ensure accreditation standards are met & maintained
  • Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met



Skills and Experience

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • Previous experience within aged care leadership role
  • Accreditation knowledge & experience
  • Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes
  • Experience with finance, budget & occupancy management
  • Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement
  • Consultative & effective communication skills
