Room Leader | Senior Educator | Community based service in anzuk Education at CBD & Inner Suburbs

Our client is a highly regarded, non-for-profit centre in Melbourne’s inner  suburbs renowned for its commitment to the local community, its very low staff turnover and fantastic management team. It is a few minutes walk from public transport so would suit somebody either on public transport or driving.

The right candidate for this role will be a passionate and experienced Room Leader who wants to progress their career within the centre.

You will be able to support and mentor junior staff and work within a collaborative team culture. You will take a lead on documentation, developing a child focused program.

You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable talking to families. Ideally you will have had several years experience within the childcare industry.
