Due to our accelerated growth over the last 2 years, we are now opening up new renewable energy projects and we are in search of a Sales Consultant to join our team. 

Solar Battery Group has become the market leader in the Solar Battery sector and we are now expanding our services further across Australia. 

This role will see the Sales Consultant working with inbound customers to help provide a solution to their renewable energy needs. 

This role can be completed remotely or in our office.

The applicant will hold confidence in speaking to customers over the phone and be willing to share ideas with the Solar Battery Group team to improve us as a whole.

The role of the Sales Consultant will include the following-

Inbound calls with customers – Communicate with customers in a way that educates and provides them with a strong understanding of the effectiveness of renewable energy

Customer follow-up– As you know, it is not all about the first call. The follow-up is where a lot of the action will take place.  

Development– Ability to self analyse and work with the leadership team to identify areas of your game that can be developed.  

 

Some key requirements for the position-

Sales experience- At least 1 year of experience in a call-based sales position, ideally in a high-performing team. 

Self-management- Confident in the use of CRM systems, setting up your day and using a follow-up process. 

Desire to improve -Ability to self-analyse and adopt a growth mindset to improve and develop skills.
