» Provide technical advice and support to ensure the effective and efficient coordination of statutory processes under the Planning Act 2016 and the Regional Planning Interests Act 2014
» Coordinate and contribute to the development and implementation of effective administrative and statutory processes and business improvement initiatives
» Prepare and contribute policy papers, briefs, reports, correspondence, Cabinet submissions and other material to assist in the coordination of statutory processes under relevant legislation to meet scheduled timeframes
» Maintain the division’s operational reporting database systems
» Coordinate the sourcing of relevant data sets and mechanisms to collate and analyse data, utilising Microsoft Excel/Power BI, to form reports/options for performance reporting, recommended actions and decision making
» As required, seek advice or guidance in relation to data inclusions and considerations
» Establish effective and positive relationships across the office, department, government and with stakeholder, attending meetings and forums as required
» Maintain own level of knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures relevant to identified corporate business functions in the context of Planning Group
» Performing other tasks as required by team managers, the Director or Executive Director
