Owing to this continued growth an opportunity has been created for a strategic and influential Retail Project Manager to join a lean, high-performing team in Sydney CBD to oversee organic growth, as well as refurbishments, and store expansion programs.
The Business
The business has a leasehold and freehold portfolio that varies in size from 50-300 square meters in Australia and is growing in other countries. The company has an emphasis on improved customer-experience outcomes. The purpose of this role is to optimize the brand position with exceptional, high-quality projects in fantastic locations.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Construction in Sydney; this opportunity would suit someone who has had at least five years of retail project delivery experience. As the role will see you working in collaboration with the development and leasing team, it would be highly advantageous if you hold tertiary education in construction and, or engineering. You will enjoy taking ownership of the Project Management process and have ideally had previous experience within retail. Assisted by a project administrator and internal designer, the position will be both rewarding but also busy as you’ll be working on multiple concurrent projects, so having good time-management experience is essential, as well as a disciplined approach to OH&S, strategy, and reporting.

Work From Home or from the office. On offer is a salary package of between $165k and $190k which includes a base and super with an additional bonus.
