The Operators
The team behind this game changing project are very passionate about their whole concept and are very excited to introduce this to Sydney.  They have an experienced background in hospitality, from both HR and Financial management, and will provide the chosen candidate with professional and ethical support.  The group is very quality focused and will be looking for someone who is equally service driven.  Their style is very much an honest and open culture of management, allowing the RM to express their ideas and shine with the company.  

The Venue

This venue will be the first and flagship store for the group, who are planning to open several just like it in the next couple of years.
  
Offering the public a fresh take on quality take home ready to eat or almost ready to eat meals, while striving to create a healthy and simplistic menu, this is all about sustainable, local, seasonal and fresh, which is an embodiment of the whole business. 
  
The menu is completely dictated by what is best at the time and reconnects people to the fundamentals of great food.  A winning combination of vision and location, this venue has created a very busy environment, with a great loyal local following, that requires a strong leader to deliver exceptional service, quickly and efficiently. 
  
The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for all FOH and BOH operations within the venue. This is a hands on role where your leadership abilities will be finely tuned and you will be very comfortable leading from the front, financial astute, operationally sound and strategically focused.

Key objectives will also include exceeding profit targets, customer satisfaction and product quality levels and driving your teams to achieve the highest level of service.

Ideally you’ll be someone from a quick service restaurant background who thrives on managing large teams and is totally service driven, an experienced manager who has that passion for floor service and customers.  A person who is a strong leader and level headed in a dynamic and very busy environment will be essential for this role.
  
You will be organised and very systems focused, helping to set up and establish all standard operating procedures, ensuring that all production of the food is done at the highest level at all times and that customers are leaving with only the best. Consistency and quality control are both key elements to this role that you will need to harness.
  
This is a role that requires lots of mentoring and leading, a manager with lots of passion and an even bigger presence will definitely fit the bill. It’s a forward-facing, hands-on role that needs an organised and structured manager to put into place standard operating procedures and sequences of service, encompassing all the core values, motivations and concept of the venue.

You’ll also be someone who is completely on board with the concept as well as bringing forward your own ideas and driving the business forward with outside of the box thinking.
  
The Required Experience
  
Perfect for someone with supreme confidence in their own ability.  Previous experience working in high quality, fast paced, systemised and busy venues is essential.
Ideally, you’ll be someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator.
  
Being able to meet the expectations of both the business and the customers is a pre-requisite.  Having a good understanding of cost management is essential for this role. 
  
This will suit a manager who is career hungry, focused and able to display excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills.  Someone who’s got that inner drive to make a business successful, a person who loves to develop their knowledge further and grow everyone else around them. 
  
Hours and Rewards

This will be highly rewarding, financially, up to $100k + super + kpi bonus’s for the person with the right skills and experience, working up to 45 hours a week, all single shifts.  
The chance to work within a rewarding, fast growing group, who are looking to open more of these venues across Sydney, once this flagship store is up and running, over the next couple of years.
