Victoria’s new public Correctional Centre is approaching completion and now is the time to apply for ongoing jobs that will help shape the future operations of the facility. 

Employees working in the initial stage of operations will contribute to the foundations of the new facility by participating in the development of operating processes, services and procedures. The role

The Supervisor, Workforce Analysis and Insights applies their progressive workforce planning expertise to building a workforce that has the skills and capabilities necessary to successfully operate the day-to-day functions of the prison. 

As a driver for workforce planning, they will have an eye not only to the opening of the new prison but to the future workforce needs of the facility. They model a positive work culture, support innovation and respect diversity in the workforce. 

Your skills and experience  

As a workforce planner, you will have experience analysing data and using business intelligence to inform your report writing. You will be skilled at leading people while collaborating with partners to deploy a capable and confident workforce. 

Your advanced research skills will help you identify emerging workforce issues and your experience developing evidence-based solutions will see you provide expert advice to the prison’s leadership team. You will be a good operator who understands how to balance continuous improvement of the operating activities of a large facility with a diverse workforce.
