Victoria’s new public Correctional Centre is approaching completion and now is the time to apply for ongoing jobs that will help shape the future operations of the facility.
Employees working in the initial stage of operations will contribute to the foundations of the new facility by participating in the development of operating processes, services and procedures. In addition, they will be part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to building a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.

The role
The Workforce Analysis and Insights Officer provides administrative support and expert advice regarding workforce capacity and capability. The support they provide includes organising information and data into reports that will inform decision making and help the correctional centre meet its workforce objectives now and into the future. This will include the creation of staffing rosters for various teams working in the facility.
Your skills and experience
As a workforce planner you will have experience in data and trend analysis. You will be proficient at collating information into reports and working with partners to identify emerging workforce issues and evidence-based solutions.
You will be a good collaborator who can plan staff deployment, shift arrangements and staff rotation across the facility. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to apply your advanced technology skills to complex spreadsheet and database functions.
